The Result
Our client receives monthly boxes from StitchFix, each with five wardrobe pieces picked specifically for her. In the unlikely event she doesn’t like one of the pieces, she simply places the item in the return bag provided and ships it back for free. If she likes all five pieces, she gets a 25% discount on the entire order. She provides specific feedback for her stylist after each delivery, which helps her stylist tailor her profile with preferences. Our client is thrilled with the quality and value of each piece she has purchased, and reports LOVING the unboxing process each month!
How We Helped
Once our team identified StitchFix as the solution, we went to work filling out the style questionnaire and putting together a Pinterest board of desired “looks” for her stylist.
