There is a free individual version, as well as paid small team and enterprise plans.
Our client doesn’t have to wonder how much time he is spending in his inbox, and has, in fac,t placed daily time limits so that he doesn’t get bogged down. The data provided after just the first few days of using Rescue Time was very eye-opening for our client. He has since made adjustments to his schedule and how he uses his computer/mobile devices to increase his productivity at the office, as well as to be more intentional about his family time at home.

Once we settled on using Rescue Time with our client, we signed him up and walked him through the 1-minute installation on each of his devices. When our client wants to make changes to the time allotted for email/internet/app usage, he simply lets us know and we log on to his Rescue Time account and update his settings.
