The client had a standard procedure that she followed, aided by the work of her Delegate Solutions associate, in which she took on new customers. This is a weekly process that involved a lot of the same steps: introductions, scheduling meetings, contracts, and eventual business partnership. However, in this process, there were lots of steps that required manual work. There was no system in place to remind the team to send out contracts for example, so they relied solely on their own memory to do it.
