Automatically Adding Contact Info to Your CRM From Your Calendar Event

The Problem

A client was consistently having her assistant manually enter data to her CRM. The client was using Insightly and wanted every sales lead call scheduled through her Calendly app to be turned into an Insightly contact. This request made sense due to the emails and phone numbers that were collected in the Calendly booking, but manual entry didn’t make sense in terms of saving the assistant’s time.

Automate Client's Contracting Process

The Problem

The client had a standard procedure that she followed, aided by the work of her Delegate Solutions associate, in which she took on new customers. This is a weekly process that involved a lot of the same steps: introductions, scheduling meetings, contracts, and eventual business partnership. However, in this process, there were lots of steps that required manual work. There was no system in place to remind the team to send out contracts for example, so they relied solely on their own memory to do it.
