A small business owner, and client of Delegate Solutions, was looking for phone answering
resources. His in-house team was comprised of key team leaders but lacked in support role,
administrative staff. This staffing method worked well for the client, until it came to answering
the phones; his A-team needed to be strategizing, not answering calls.
At Delegate, day after day we help clients solve problems. From something as elaborate as transitioning to a new email provider or something as simple as figuring out how to check mail when you're never home, we are here to troubleshoot complexities and take action to help.
The client was struggling with communication on a large-scale level. Between emailing his contractors to writing post it notes for his staff, he was unable to remember or document when he told what to whom. This was leading to communication that both could not be tracked and was not consistent.
Our team was in charge of updating employee contract forms that were in PDF format. This would require download of software - either Adobe or a third party - to be able to physically edit the contract. The client and her Delegate Solutions associate agreed that they needed some cloud-based tool for editing PDFs of this nature.
