A client of Delegate Solutions, a busy small business owner, is constantly on the go, and needed a way to capture spur of the moment thoughts, ideas for new product lines, and even grocery lists. She wanted something that would sync to all her devices so that she could access these “notes” at any time. It was important to her that the app be straightforward and simple.


The Solution

Google Keep to the rescue! Google Keep is a free, simple, yet feature-packed note-taking app that can be downloaded from the Google Play store. Users can quickly add notes and even use voice memos, and Google Keep will transcribe and store the notes, automatically syncing across all devices. It is compatible with all Apple and Android devices. One of the features we love about this free app is the location-based reminders- users can set up reminders for the next time they visit the store, etc. We also love that it has collaboration features that allow users to share their notes with colleagues, friends or family members.

The Result

Our client can now capture her thoughts, reminders, and lists quickly and easily, and can go back and revisit them using Google Keep’s powerful search feature. She loves the color-coding feature to keep business and family-related notes separate. She can record quick voice memos in Keep while she is on the go so that she never loses her ideas.

 

How We Helped

Once our team identified Google Keep as the solution, we sent our client the link and directions to install. She installed Google Keep on all her devices and uses it daily to set reminders and capture thoughts and ideas.
