Your 2026 Unfinished Business

As the year starts winding down, I've been thinking about all the things I was so sure I'd accomplish back in January. One of my biggest reminders is sitting right outside my front door. 😬

If you've been following my adventures with our little lavender farm, you know I've got some pretty big dreams for it. Fields of lavender, workshops, farm experiences, and a whole vision for what it could become. We started the year hoping to have all of the zoning sorted out so that we could have people on the property by next year’s harvest.

It's been challenging to bring those ideas to life on the timeline I'd hoped. The year has brought a crash course in zoning ordinances, municipal meetings, and conversations with politicians.

As I was navigating all of this with the farm, I was also thinking about how often founders face this same challenge in their businesses. Having the vision is one thing. Having the endless capacity to move it forward is another.

This gap that I saw for myself created the framework of my thinking for our new Fractional Chief of Staff offering at Delegate Solutions—giving founders a strategic force multiplier to turn their ideas into action without having to drive every step themselves.
