The client needed to share key documents and resources with his own clients, which included sharing extensive guidebooks and worksheets. These were lengthy, burdensome, and could clog up a singular email thread.
Like last week’s solution, we look again to Postwire. Not only does this platform serve as a bulletin board, but when you think about it...it’s a hub. It is a space of activity, a place to house multiple documents and resources, and it serves as a perfect landing page for this client’s clients.
In using Postwire, our team is able to send out various pieces of content - both reading material and workshop documents - that are needed for the client’s consultations. Through our team and Postwire, the client is able to articulate completely what needs to be done before his next consult visit seamlessly.
How We Helped
Our main goal with using Postwire is follow-through. We are able to provide this platform to the clients, and we also ensure that it is received by all parties. We make sure the viewer has no concerns or hiccups with Postwire use (very rarely does that even happen anyway). We are the messenger and the guidepost for the end user, allowing the client to do what he does best: actual consulting.
