The Problem
Our client, a busy mom and solopreneur, had several family members with birthdays and anniversaries throughout the past few months of social distancing. She wanted to find a unique gift to send to celebrate their milestones. She specifically wanted to support a small, local business. We got to work researching options for her!
The Solution
KakeMiCakes is a female-owned small business out of the Philly area that specializes in 90-second cakes. These tasty little treats range from $9.99 all the way up to $125 for a pack of 25 cakes. There are packages to choose from for all sorts of occasions and shipping is free for orders of $35 or more.
The Result
Our client has sent these lovely treats to several family members, and received such good feedback on them that we are going to start using these as client gifts as well!
How We Helped
Once we found KakeMiCakes and our client agreed that it was the perfect, unique option, we put together a spreadsheet of all of her family members and friends with special occasions coming up (with their addresses and dates) and got to work ordering the cakes. Ordering is simple, shipping is fast and the cakes are out of this world! We will also be able to use the spreadsheet we created to build upon for following years for other gifting options as well!
