The Problem

Our client, a busy entrepreneur was using Asana as a project/task management tool, but there was an issue- the entire team wasn’t completely bought in to using Asana and wouldn’t regularly check their task lists or mark tasks as completed when they were done. Our client needed a way to prompt team members to get into the habit of using Asana to boost productivity and ensure that projects were staying on track.

Our client, a busy small-business owner, needed to find a solution for contract management. His contracts historically consisted of google docs that he would send to clients, and he had no real process for organization. He felt unorganized and clunky, and he needed change! Our mission was to find a contract management solution.

He had a very elaborate client management project template that he wanted to duplicate into another workspace, but could not find a way to do so without manually adding each task. Our mission was to find a way to make this Asana project duplication happen for the client.

Our client, a fast-paced entrepreneur, acquired a new company and- along with it- a secondary email address, as well as additional Asana and Slack accounts. She found it to be a hassle switching in between accounts on multiple platforms and needed a solution.

The current assistant for a client planned to depart at the end of the month, however all of her Asana tasks needed to be re-assigned from her to our team replacing her.

The client, a marketer for non-profit organizations, often needed to schedule meetings with multiple people in multiple locations in multiple time zones. Needless to say, this planning was an intricate dance of finding out everyone’s availability and just trying to make something work.

One of the client’s key team members was missing crucial tasks, assigned via email, due to a full inbox. The team member received all sorts of internal and external mail, and a constantly full workload caused tasks to slip through the cracks. This became problematic when the task at hand needed to be completed within the same day at a specific deadline.

The Problem
The client aimed to expand the use of her Asana project management platform. She wanted to use the tool as it was meant to be used, and not how she was currently using it (a half-hearted attempt at organization). She felt, however, that she was spending a significant amount of time
physically entering information into Asana. Her time was more valuable than data entry tasks.
