The Problem
The client, a lawyer, was having trouble keeping up with his own clients. There are varying progressive steps to full litigation and settlement, and the client needed a way to see that the cases he represented made it through the entire legal process. From start to finish, the client file needed to be tracked at whatever stage it was in.

Both the client and our team were spending a significant amount of time focusing on data entry into their CRM. This system, Client Look, was supposed to be a functional way to house customer data. However, it was far from useful without any contacts or information in it.
The Problem
The client had a standard procedure that she followed, aided by the work of our team, in which she took on new customers. This is a weekly process that involved a lot of the same steps: introductions, scheduling meetings, contracts, and eventual business partnership. However, in this process, there were lots of steps that required manual work. There was no system in place to remind the team to send out contracts for example, so they relied solely on their own memory to do it.
