Our client, a busy entrepreneur, had some upcoming travel needs and wanted to explore options for less expensive flights. With budget constraints due to COVID-19, he needed to be as frugal as possible, so we set out to find the best travel solution for our client!

Our client, a busy small-business owner and entrepreneur, needed to get all employee onboarding documents and processes under control. She had files living in Google Drive, Word Documents, Excel Spreadsheets and PDF’s and there was no defined “process” to follow for onboarding.

In the new reality of social distancing, he was unable to serve as he would traditionally by volunteering at local non-profits, so we set out to find another way he could give back to the community.

With all the comings and goings, he wanted to make sure he was getting the absolute best deal for airfare. We set out to find a good solution to ensure he was getting the best flights available at the most reasonable cost.

Our team has been working remotely since the beginning (give or take 12 years), but with the COVID19 Pandemic, we wanted a way to connect in a non-stress, casual and fun way. Of course, being strictly remote, we rely on Zoom Meetings for our day to day calls with one another and with our clients, but give the fact that we have all been “social distancing” for weeks, we decided to have some fun on Zoom with a virtual Happy Hour at the end of business on Friday.

We set out to find a solution that would provide color palettes that would be “just right” for her newly designed website.

As a remotely run organization ourselves, we were aware of an upcoming (and ongoing) event run by Running Remote, an agency that champions the remote workforce and provides practical, actionable tools to assist in managing remote teams.

Our client, a busy entrepreneur, needed a project management tool with a great user interface, and practical application to her business. The team had tried other options, but nothing ever “stuck”. We were tasked with finding a project management solution that the whole team could get behind and adopt with full participation. After all, a collaborative tool is only useful if the whole team is onboard.
