A client needed to be able to create company-wide polls for employees that he could easily track results from and report with.
Our client, a fast-paced entrepreneur, acquired a new company and- along with it- a secondary email address, as well as additional Asana and Slack accounts. She found it to be a hassle switching in between accounts on multiple platforms and needed a solution.
The Problem
No one is immune to workflow problems. In this solution study, the client is actually a team
leader here at Delegate Solutions. The Operations Manager was sending out frequent inquiries
to team members on the progress of their work with clients. The manager was often asking
similar questions to different associates various times throughout the week.
The Problem
The client aimed to expand the use of her Asana project management platform. She wanted to use the tool as it was meant to be used, and not how she was currently using it (a half-hearted attempt at organization). She felt, however, that she was spending a significant amount of time
physically entering information into Asana. Her time was more valuable than data entry tasks.
