Our client, a large, international technology company, was having trouble managing in-house training registration for employees.
After researching several different registration options, our team implemented Eventbrite as a registration tool for in-house employee training.
Tracking employee registrations is now simple and streamlined for our client.
How We Helped
Once we set the dates/locations/etc. for all trainings, we create 1 Eventbrite event for each training session, capping the registration number (i.e. number of tickets) and marking the event as private so that only company employees can view or register for the training. We also make sure these events are marked as free. We found we could “close” registration by changing the “sale date” to the date of the event so that people could not register after a certain date. Eventbrite is highly customizable and can include company logos for a clean, professional look. Our team makes company employees aware that registration is open by sending the link via email. When employees register, our team receives notification, and we are able to easily run weekly reports in Eventbrite to report back to the client who has registered for each session. Attendees are able to automatically add the event to their calendar when they receive their event confirmation. Registration hassles solved!
