Forest is an app aimed at helping you use your smartphone less so you can stay focused and productive. Start the app and plant a seed, but if you close the app or open any app you haven’t whitelisted, that poor seedling will die. Stay on task for the amount of time you’ve selected and both your time management skills and your tree will grow.
